Terms & Conditions

Vehicle Information

Our vehicle is in excellent condition, legally insured, and fully air-conditioned. The car is kept clean at all times and follows a strict no-smoking policy.

Service Details

Duration: Service must be used in one block between 6:00 AM and 12:00 midnight
Overtime: Extra time beyond 10 hours is charged at 10% of the daily rate per additional hour. Minor delays (10–15 minutes) are free of charge.
Pricing Basis: The rate is per car (not per person) and valid for the standard South and Central Bali areas.
Payment: Cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the driver at the start or end of the trip.

Pick-Up / Drop-Off Zones

Free hotel pick-up and drop-off are available in the following areas:
Airport, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, North Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Denpasar, Sanur, and Ubud (central areas)

For other locations, please contact us for availability and pricing. If you stay in multiple areas during your trip, mention this in your inquiry for a custom quote.

Inclusion & Exclusion

Included in the price:

  • Air con & clean car interior
  • English-speaking driver

  • Unlimited fuel
  • Parking fees
  • Bottled water
  • Tourist tax

Not included in the price:

  • Tickets & entrance fees
  • Toll roads (if any)
  • Midnight travel fee

Toll road is available between City of Denpasar, the Airport and Nusa Dua area, and costs IDR 13.500 (about 90 cents) for each entrance.

If you hire our driver from 12AM to 5AM, there’s a midnight travel fee of IDR 100.000 per day.

Travel to the following areas incurs additional charges on top of the standard 10-hour rate

North Bali

Bedugul, Jatiluwih, Batukaru, Baturiti: IDR 100,000
Munduk, Gitgit, Sekumpul, Banyumala: IDR 150,000
Lovina, Singaraja, Aling-Aling, Tejakula: IDR 250,000
Banjar, Temukus, Gerokgak: IDR 300,000

Mid-North Bali

Penelokan, Kintamani, Puhu, Bangli: IDR 100,000
Besakih, Sidemen, Selat, Tembuku: IDR 150,000

East Bali

Lempuyang, Tirta Gangga, Candidasa: IDR 150,000
Amed, Culik, Lahangan Sweet: IDR 250,000
Tulamben, Tejakula, Tianyar, Kubu, Gretek: IDR 300,000

West Bali

Gilimanuk, Menjangan, Pemuteran, Banyuwedang: IDR 350,000

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation any time.
  • Please notify us via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
  • For last-minute cancellations, please call us directly.
